Had one of those nightmares that makes you wake up and feel like your heart is beating so hard that it could shoot out of your toes. Then when I tried going back to sleep the nightmare continued. It wasn’t like a scary nightmare, it was one of those nightmares that makes you see all the things you never want to see :(
